St Pancras and Eurostar days have a hard clock. You need somewhere close enough to walk, calm enough to sit, and quick enough that you still make your train. Fiena is our family-run Italian cafe, bar and restaurant at 4 Medway Court, Judd Street, London WC1H 9QX — a short walk from St Pancras International and King's Cross. Tracy put the location simply: Lovely staff, delicious food, perfect location for St Pancras. Loved it
(Tracy, Google review).
From the St Pancras / King's Cross complex you are looking at a few minutes on foot into Bloomsbury, away from the station concourses. Celia called us A hidden gem not far from Kings Cross or Euston
(Celia F., Google review). Anastasia's winter walk still applies on Eurostar mornings: Straight from Kings Cross to this cozy warm food in December, exactly what was needed
(Anastasia B., Google review).
Hours help the timing: Monday–Saturday 08:00–22:00, Sunday 08:00–21:00. Breakfast and brunch run until 14:00; the full lunch and dinner menu is available from midday; alcohol from 10:30. That covers early Eurostar breakfast, a midday lunch before a midday train, and dinner after an evening arrival.
If you have ninety minutes, order antipasti and pasta or pizza and leave dessert for another visit. If you have two hours, add tiramisu or gelato. Linguine Fiena, carbonara, seafood linguine, Margherita, Diavola, saltimbocca or sea bass all come from the main menu. Gluten-free penne and a gluten-free pizza base are available. Neil's experience suits tight schedules: Food was great, arrived quick, service was lovely.
(Neil C., Google review).
“The Linguini Fiena was honestly one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had.”
Robin W., Google review, February 2026
For an early start, the breakfast menu runs until 14:00: Eggs Benedict, Fiena English breakfast, smashed avocado, granola, Tiramisu French toast. Loredana's coffee line still holds: The coffee is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional
(Loredana S., Google review).
Walk-ins often work midweek; evenings and weekend lunch fill faster. Tables for up to eight book online on our booking page. M. S. walked in for four: Were able to walk straight in and got a table for 4.
(M. S., Google review). Ciara was fitted in when we were busy: They were really busy and they fit us in as a walk-in.
(Ciara T. S., Google review). Still: if your train is fixed, book.
Maria liked the room for exactly this kind of stop: spacious, music not too loud, decor is not over the top, the friendliest of staff and fresh, quality food and excellent coffee.
(Maria M., Google review). Nasipa added: The service was warm and helpful without being intrusive.
(Nasipa E., Google review).
Italian food a short walk from St Pancras beats another station sandwich — and Tracy's St Pancras line is the one we hear most from travellers. Book your table, check the menu, and we will see you at 4 Medway Court, Judd Street before you head back to the platforms.
