Not every table wants a Negroni. Some guests are doing Sober October, some are driving, some have an early train or simply don't drink. At Fiena, our family-run Italian cafe, bar and restaurant at 4 Medway Court, Judd Street, London WC1H 9QX, the alcohol-free side of the menu gets the same care as the cocktail list. Leni summed up the bar in five words: Amazing drinks, amazing food, amazing music!
(Leni, Google review).
Our drinks menu has four alcohol-free cocktails, each built like a proper drink rather than a juice in a tall glass:
If the rest of the table is on spritzes, a virgin mojito or the Fiena Signature still feels like part of the round.
Peroni 0% (330ml) sits on the beer list next to Draft Moretti and Peroni. It works with a Margherita or a Diavola from the main menu, which is exactly when most people miss a beer.
We squeeze fresh juices daily: orange juice, and apple, carrot and ginger (both 330ml). The breakfast menu adds three smoothies: Kale Kick (kale, mango, apple juice and spinach), Strawberry Split (strawberry, banana and apple juice) and Blueberry Thrill (blueberry, banana, raspberry and flaxseed). They're on the breakfast menu, served from 08:00.
The no-alcohol day can run on coffee alone. Sarvar was clear about it: Also thanks for Bayastan this is the best coffee which I had before
(Sarvar, Google review). Loredana agreed: The coffee is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional
(Loredana S., Google review). Beyond espresso and flat whites there are Spanish, rose, turmeric and chai lattes, matcha, pistachio matcha and strawberry matcha lattes, iced versions of most of them, and frappuccinos. An affogato counts as dessert and coffee at once.
“spacious, music not too loud, decor is not over the top, the friendliest of staff and fresh, quality food and excellent coffee.”
Maria M., Google review, November 2025
